  • Project: Bötzow Brewery, new building
  • Location: Berlin
  • Interior design and implementation: Dittmar and Friends GmbH
  • Ceiling panel installation: Coolsystem
  • Commissioning: 2025
  • Active area: 1,650 m²
  • Use: Heating and cooling of office floors
  • Design: Metal cassette with acoustic fleece and capillary tube mat

The new building on the former brewery site was designed by David Chipperfield Architects. The building's climate control uses metal ceiling panels with acoustic fleece and bonded capillary tube mats. These panels heat and cool the rooms while simultaneously structuring the spatial layout of the floors. The new workspaces are occupied by the Berlin-based fintech startup Upvest.
