The hospital in Marne-la-Vallée is a branch of the Grand Hôpital de l'Est Francilien, with a net floor area of 72,000 m² and a capacity of 485 patient beds. The departments are arranged in a checkerboard pattern and organized using a color-coding system. The building was nominated for the Prix de l'Équerre d'Argent in 2013.

All patient rooms at the hospital in Marne-la-Vallée have been equipped with a heating and cooling ceiling. The healthy climate control system, featuring capillary tube mats in the plaster ceiling, ensures uniform temperatures, a draft-free, hygienic environment, and thus a high level of comfort for patients.
