Office climate control for 620 employees of the state weather service Météo-France and the IGN [Institut national de l’information géographique et forestière] at their new joint location in eastern Paris. New office building with 7 floors and 14,900 m² of office space with strict energy consumption requirements. Awarded BBC 2005 pour Bâtiment Basse Consommation Effinergie® and HQE NF Bâtiment tertiaire.
