Radiant heating/cooling ceilings with BEKA single pipe technology and heat conducting profiles for new office building

  • Architects: Tchoban Voss Architects
  • Construction period: 2018
  • Location: Hamburg
  • Use: Offices
  • Design: 1,000 m² plasterboard ceiling with BEKA single pipe technology for cooling and heating

Visually, the new building with its clinker brick front is based on the traditional architecture of the Hamburg workers' housing estates. Functionally, the office is absolutely "up to date". Cooling ceilings with the BEKA single pipe system provide draught-free and quiet temperatures.

The execution behind perforated plasterboard improves the room acoustics. The combination with the fresh air supply through discreetly integrated slot diffusers in the ceiling creates an optimal climate at the workplace.
