Good Working Atmosphere in a Former Workers' Settlement

Projekt

Outside clinker, indoor modern radiant ceiling. In the Hamburg district of Barmbek, the Hanseatic building cooperative built its new office space. Visually, the new construction is based on the typical redklinker, which shaped the houses of the former workers' settlement almost 100 years ago. Functionally, the office space is "up to date". On about 1,000 m² ceiling surface, the BEKA single pipe system for heating and cooling  (10 mm PE-RT tube with heat-conducting sheets) was laid. Pleasant temperatures supplied draft-free and quiet by radiant ceilings .

In addition, subtle slot passages are integrated into the perforated plasterboard ceilings, which allow enough fresh air to flow into the rooms. Everything provided for a pleasant workplace climate.
