Our 2-in-1 solution for a fast heating/cooling ceiling: the single pipe prefabricated element. With this dry construction variant, temperature control and ceiling installation are completed in just one work step - with minimal time and installation effort.
The elements consist of 15 mm thick plasterboard panels with dimensions of 2,000 x 1,250 mm. Our diffusion-tight 10 mm PE-RT pipe is milled in at the factory. For a safe assembly, the boards are pre-drilled according to the dry construction dimensions. The elements are connected to each other by means of plug-in couplings.
Narrow pipe spacing of 60 mm ensures good performance of the prefabricated elements: The cooling capacity is 39 W/m² (nominal capacity at ∆T 8 K), the heating capacity 57 W/m² (at ∆T 15 K).
